Services - Recovery

Aided by a team of dedicated and highly trained* professionals, we are specialists in the recovery and storage of cars, light commercials (< 3.5t) and motorcycles. With our recovery resources pooled across 3 depots, we aim to attend incidents of any nature within 60 minutes. We are able to boast a fix rate of >80% for roadside breakdowns, however in situations where this is not possible, we can offer impartial advice to the motorist explaining all possible solutions and associated costs, if applicable.

Roadside Assistance

We have a dedicated team of competent roadside technicians attending breakdowns in our fleet of spectacle lift vehicles and service vans and operating on a shift basis around the clock 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. In the event that a roadside repair is not possible, our Control Room will arrange an onward recovery to a destination of the motorist’s choice (subject to the member’s policy if through a motoring club).

Light Recovery

In instances where a repair cannot be effected, then a recovery to the customer’s home address or specified garage may be necessary. A fully equipped recovery vehicle (normally a slide back and tilt bed) driven by one of our highly trained operatives will transport the vehicle and up to 6 passengers to any UK destination, regardless of time of day. As part of our fleet, we have two fully demountable and two split bed vehicles enabling us to recover low vehicles without the risk of damage. All marques are catered for, with soft wheel straps (used as standard) and wheel covers, thus ensuring damage-free transportation of prestige vehicles.

Accident Recovery

For those unfortunate enough to have been involved in an accident, one of our fully equipped recovery vehicles and highly trained operatives will ensure the swift and stress free recovery to the specified destination. For the more tricky situations, it may be necessary to deploy one of our two specialist accident recovery units, which are equipped with lorry-mounted cranes and are operated by our team of specially trained operatives. Accident damaged vehicles can be recovered to one of the secure storage compounds at any of our 3 depots to await inspection by your insurance company if necessary.
