Isis Training Services

As part of our continuous commitment to the training and development of our staff, in August 2008 we opened our dedicated training facility at our Hopcrofts Holt site. 

We are committed to the VR modular training programme developed by the Institute of Vehicle Recovery (IVR) and recognise the importance of these modules in moving towards a more regulated, and professional, industry. The aim is to introduce standardised practices of vehicle recovery, thereby improving safety and skill levels at the roadside. To support this, in May 2006 the National Highways Sector Scheme Committee appointed IVR UK Ltd to administer the new training initiative approved under the auspices of the National Training and Certification Scheme for Recovery Operators and Technicians.

As an IVR-approved Training Provider, we offer a comprehensive range of VR modular training for both light and heavy recovery. All courses are led by our resident trainer, Andy Macartney M.I.V.R. - ITSSAR* Registered Cat 1 Level 2 (No. 17258), using industry-leading material and can be delivered either on site at your premises or at our first class training facility.
