VR10 - Spectacle Lift (Motorcycle Recovery)

VR10 deals with the use of Spectacle Frames to safely recover motorcycles. Recovery Operatives will be trained to use of a Spectacle Lift for the purposes of motorcycle recovery. 

Theory:

• Health & Safety as it applies to the use of Spectacle Frames 
• Safety features of Spectacle Lift recovery vehicles
• Assessing risk when using a Spectacle Lift 
• Correct use of equipment and methods of Winching

Practical Skill Instruction:

• Successfully demonstrate the recovery of a motorcycle, loading, transporting and unloading of the casualty vehicle using a recovery vehicle fitted with a Spectacle Lift.
