Hours: Monday to Friday; 7am-12pm

We require a Controller to work in our busy Control Room at Peterley Road, Cowley.

Equipped with a good telephone manner and organisational skills, you will be responsible for receiving and subsequently managing breakdown and recovery calls, liaising with motoring organisations and motorists (or customers) and other general administrative tasks.

Preferably you will be computer literate, although full training will be given, and able to demonstrate a calm and logical approach with good knowledge of the local area and wider UK road network.
